Registered Psychologist

Sam is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists, holds active membership with the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA), and has over ten years of counselling experience in both Canada and Australia. Specifically, Sam specializes in anxiety, perfectionism, relationship difficulty, and trauma (including PTSD, CPTSD, and areas related to interpersonal violence). Overall, Sam takes a holistic, client-centered approach to counselling, while also utilizing a directive approach where therapeutically necessary.

In addition to her work in private practice, she is a published researcher and presenter on the topic of work-life balance. She is also currently in the process of writing a book on human connection.
