Clinical Psychologist

Nina is a registered psychologist in Alberta who helps people heal and grow from trauma, burnout, compassion fatigue, PTSD, loss, and grief. She specializes in working with people who have experienced childhood, developmental, physical, and sexual trauma and may be reliving past wounds. She takes a collaborative and gentle approach and believes the heart of effective therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Nina aims to help clients reduce emotional and physical symptoms and move through the past safely so they can fully ground and live in the present. She takes an integrative therapy approach to address the head, heart, and body by using cognitive-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and somatic (e.g. body-focused) therapy.
