Nidia is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Psychologist’s Association of Alberta, with a Masters of Counselling from the University of Calgary. She has been providing mental health care to children, teens, and adults for more than 10 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and takes an integrative, client-centered approach, utilizing empirically supported treatments to assist her clients in their recovery from mental health issues. Her areas of interest include mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, trauma, and stress management.
