Registered Psychologist, Certified Sex Therapist

Nick is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). He/they also holds membership with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and Canadian Professional Association for Transgender Health (CPATH).

Prior to Wayfound, he/they has worked in other group practices, domestic violence centers, and in school formats. Nick has developed a passion and gained experience through his/their career path to work with individuals needing help navigating the nuances of sexuality, complex trauma, gender, and relationships.

Working extensively with adults in individual and couple settings, Nick is passionate about helping his clients find solace and understanding in different aspects of life. He/they focuses on developing a strong rapport with his/their clients so they can feel safe exploring these difficult to explore areas of life. He/they hopes to assist clients in living their most authentic life in order to live life to its maximum potential. He/they uses many modalities such as sex therapy, mindful-cognitive therapy, EMDR, and self-compassion building techniques to help the goals clients have for themselves. He/they also loves working with 2 or more individuals on exploring and navigating the complexities of relationships.
