Mary holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University and is presently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology at the University of Alberta, Canada. Her area of specialization encompasses trauma and post-traumatic growth. She possesses extensive experience working with culturally diverse clients, as well as with First Responders. The primary therapeutic modalities she employs include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and somatic-based interventions, particularly Hakomi.
