Elizabeth received her graduate degree in Master of Counselling Psychology at University of Lethbridge in 2020. She has since specialized in mental health support for First Responders and Public Safety Personnel with training in supporting this unique demographic. She has received specialized training in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Operational Stress Injuries, sleep hygiene for shift workers, and other mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, transitions, and grief. Elizabeth takes a collaborative approach to therapy and aims to provide a space where clients can be their genuine selves, free from judgement, advice, or expectations. It is her goal to facilitate self-exploration by using supportive observations and a wide variety of therapeutic techniques to assist in the development of emotional and mental well-being.
