Dr. Foucault graduated with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ottawa and has been in practice since 2005. Trained in the provision of individual, couple, and family therapy, Darlene is passionate about helping clients acquire additional skills to better manage their emotions, improve their coping with daily stresses, and develop stronger and healthier relationships. Her goal is to help her clients reclaim their lives and rebuild one that aligns with their highest values. Dr. Foucault specializes in Complex Trauma. She also has experience with public Safety Personnel, Veterans, the Canadian Armed Forces, as well as the RCMP.
