Braxtyn Horbay


M.Sc., Registered Provisional Psychologist

Braxtyn is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP) and a member of the Psychologists Association of Alberta (PAA). She holds a Master of Science from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science in Honours Psychology from the University of British Columbia. Her early experience as a behaviour interventionist inspired her graduate research on emotion dysregulation and challenging behaviour in autistic children.

Braxtyn has extensive experience working with children, youth, and adults with diverse needs, conducting comprehensive psychoeducational, ASD, ADHD, and risk assessments. In her therapeutic practice, she is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment that fosters healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. She takes a client-centred strengths-based approach, empowering individuals to develop self-understanding, resilience, and confidence as they navigate social, emotional, and behavioural challenges in their daily lives.
