Bill obtained his PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Ottawa. Subsequent to graduation he was the director of Psychology at the former Holy Cross Hospital, a manager in Mental Health services of the former Calgary Health Region and the founder of WGM Psychological Services Ltd. In his private practice he has consulted with legal, religious and not – for – profit organizations in Calgary.
