Anthony Grey is a Registered Social Worker and is designated as a Clinical Traumatologist (Traumatology Institute, Toronto, ON). Anthony graduated with a Master’s of Social Work from Dalhousie University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Sociology. His primary focus include addiction, trauma, addressing relationship stressors, anger management, anxiety and depression, and grief and loss. Anthony is passionate about helping his clients. He employs a strengths-based approach, motivational interviewing techniques, accelerated resolution therapy (ART), and a solution-focused approach to assist his clients in coping with life stressors and improving their overall well-being.
