Alexandra is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She completed her undergrad in Psychology and Criminology at the University of Western Ontario, followed by her Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology at the University of Denver. She gained notable experience working as a mental health therapist for first responders, veterans, and their family members in Denver, Colorado. Additionally, she created a service-learning model on brain injuries in the criminal justice system for crisis-intervention training groups. Alexandra uses a client-centred and holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of a strong therapeutical alliance to promote growth and healing.
