Please know, that if at any time you have questions or need assistance, you can reach out to us and we will do our best to help you navigate the process.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone we deem not appropriate for Ketamine Assisted Therapy due to medical or mental health reasons.

Step One

Obtain a referral from your Primary Care Provider. You can use the referral form provided, or your provider can submit their own referral with Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy clearly requested. Your provider will submit the referral to our office (reception@wayfound.ca).

Step Two

Print off the Physician Assessment form and have your Primary Care Provider complete it. Your provider will submit the completed form and lab results to our office (reception@wayfound.ca).

Step Three

Complete the Client Intake form.  Submit this form to our office via email (reception@wayfound.ca) or fax (403-850-6711).

Step Four

Once our office receives your referral, Physician Intake and Client Intake forms, you will be contacted to schedule your Intake assessment.

Psychiatric assessment with our psychiatrist

*Please note not all applicants will make it to this step. You must be deemed a good fit for the program before moving forward with treatment.

Step Seven

We will work with you to determine the best course of action and develop a treatment plan.

Step Eight

If it is determined that you are a candidate for Ketamine Assisted Therapy, you will need to book two prep sessions with one of our psychedelic integration trained psychologists to prepare you for Ketamine Assisted Therapy.

*This may require more than two sessions.

 

Step Nine

Book a test dose to make sure you don’t have an adverse reaction, and meet with one of our psychologists to discuss treatment goals.

Begin your treatment plan.
